The sole supplier agreement will see UK and USA headquartered Principle manage and implement the interior rebranding of the BMW and MINI dealer networks around the world.
The project encompasses the worldwide management and tracking of the new showroom furniture, marketing communication elements, IT and training. Principle will provide global and national sales company level project management resources, alongside warehousing and logistics, and installation services for the changes to the dealer showrooms.
Included within the rollout of the interior concept, Principle will be responsible for the on-going implementation of marketing communications updates at the dealerships.
The project will be managed using Principle’s custom designed, brand implementation management portal, which provides real-time data showing the progress and status of each dealer, while tracking the brand assets being deployed.
